Access Guide: Iizuna Kogen

From Tokyo

Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes). From Nagano Station, take the Alpico Bus to Iizuna Kogen (approximately 40 minutes).

By Car

From Tokyo, take the Joshinetsu Expressway, exiting at Nagano IC. Follow signs to Iizuna Kogen. Total driving time is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Free parking is available.

Local Transport

Buses run between Nagano Station and Iizuna Kogen several times daily during ski season. The resort is one of the closest ski areas to Nagano city center.
