Access Guide: Ryuoo
From Tokyo
Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes). From Nagano Station, take the Nagaden Express Bus to Ryuoo (approximately 45 minutes), or take the Nagano Dentetsu line to Yudanaka Station and then a bus or taxi (approximately 15 minutes from Yudanaka).
By Car
From Tokyo, take the Kanetsu Expressway to the Joshinetsu Expressway, exiting at Shinshu-Nakano IC. Follow signs to Ryuoo Ski Park. Total driving time is approximately 3 hours. Free parking is available at the resort base.
Local Transport
Shuttle buses run between Yudanaka Station and the resort during ski season. The resort's ropeway (166-person capacity) connects the base to the upper mountain area known as SORA terrace.
